29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) In the mixing room and spraying area, during paint mixing and spraying operations, employees use and are exposed to hazardous substances, including but not limited to, xylene, acetone, ethylbenzene and toluene contained in products such as: yellow oxide DMD642, acrylic urethane JC620 and basecoat black DMD 1683. Employees were provided, and required to wear, 3M half face tight- fitting respirators with organic vapors. The employer did not have a written respiratory protection program on or about 01/28/13.
