OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the foot pedal mechanism, which cycled the Sinclair Collins Assembly Press's up-stroke, was not guarded to prevent unintended operation.    (a) Work Center 633000, at the Sinclair-Collins Assembly Press #702002 - On or about January 24, 2013, employee(s) were exposed to the inadvertent cycling of the up-stroke during the final assembly of Part No. 203001, Sinclair-Collins Hi-Pressure Steam Valve, because the foot pedal controlling the up-stroke was not guarded against falling objects or accidental trip.
