29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer failed to ensure that rigging without affixed, legible identification markings, required by paragraph (a)(2)(i) of this section was not used: a) At the worksite, in the viciinity of Broad Street and Meadow Lane, Bloomfield, NJ Employees used a sling that was damaged and without legible load markings to rig and hoist a trench box with a knuckleboom truck and excavator bucket. Violation occurred on or about 1-28-13
