29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Employees engaged in mortar mixing operations were exposed to injurious corrosisve materials when using phosphoric acid and suitable facilities were not provided for immediate emergency use in the following locations:         a) the eyewash on the upper platform was not connected to an uninerruptable supply and did not have provisions to prevent unauthorized shut off.          b) the main floor level of mortar mixing, where the phosphoric acid (pH 1.5) is pumped up to the upper platform did not have any eyewash immediately adjacent to the hazard. The closest eyewash was located more than 10 seconds away and required going through a doorway to reach.
