29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. (a) In the plate shop, the employer did not ensure that the aisle way for the Blackhole Line was free from tripping hazards such as but not limited to a 19-inch drain pipe and a 70.5-inch containment lip. Employees were exposed to tripping and falling hazards when working with the Blackhole System.
