29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    On or about January 29, 2013, two employees were observed working on a 4:12 pitch roof without utilizing a proper fall protection system. The employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 9-feet 7-inches to the ground.

On or about January 29, 2013, two employees were observed working on a 4:12 pitch roof without utilizing a proper fall protection system.
