29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On January 15, 2015, an employee was working on the roof of a residential home without using any form of fall protection. The employee was exposed to fall hazard of more than six feet to the ground below.  Best Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 799881, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2224 Decamp Point, El Paso TX 79938.  Best Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 853783, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14389 Cave Ave, El Paso TX 79938.
