29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about June 28, 2019, the employer allowed his employee to work at a level above 6 feet without any fall protection.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide:  On or about June 28, 2019, The employer allowed his employee to work on a scaffold plank which was not at least 18 inches wide.  Employee was exposed to a fall hazard.  Best Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049988, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/28/15 with respect to a workplace located at 7389 Autumn Sage Dr., El Paso, TX 79912.

Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.  Best Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049988, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/28/15 with respect to a workplace located at 7389 Autumn Sage Dr., El Paso, TX 79912.
