29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about January 28, 2013, three employees were observed working on 4:12 roof without any form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 to 12 1/2-feet to the ground. GABRIEL MENDOZA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313500589, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3712 TIERRA CHISUM, EL PASO, TX 79938.
