The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.  a) At 5790 C. H. James Parkway, Powder Springs, GA- An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the ground below while on an aerial lift without any means of fall arrest system as harness and lanyard attached to the basket.
