29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 3769 Highway 59 South Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about January 29, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated JLG aerial lift basket were using a fully body harness or body belt attached to the basket exposing them to fall hazards over 25 feet to the ground below.
