29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): JOBSITE: The employees performing framing of townhouses were exposed to the hazard of falling 21 feet to the ground while working in close proximity to wall openings, they were not protected from the hazard by use of guardrail systems, safety net system, fall arrest system or other equivalent means. The GAMMA CONSTRUCTION SERVICE INC. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection #759541, citation number 02, item number 001 and was issued on 12/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1208 Broad Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604.
