29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) East Side Building - On or about January 29, 2013 employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a scaffold on concrete at a 7 foot working level and they were not protected by their employer providing scaffold base plates. SAM & SON BRICK MASONRY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.451(c)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311418511 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON 2/23/2009 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF MAY 15, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 101 CHURCH ROAD, BRANDON, MS 39042.
