Defects or damage shall be repaired or the unserviceable machine shall be replaced before work is commenced. Spruce Pond Road - The bottom section of the metal ladder on the Morbark #23 wood chipper was bent and in need of repair.

Each machine operator and maintenance employee shall comply with the operating and maintenance instructions.
