On or about 01/25/13, the employee while installing siding fell to the ground through the "gap" and sustained serious injuries from the incident.     The TCHE Bagual LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard {29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii)}, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315515892, citation number 01, item 003, issued on 09/25/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #34 Hidden Brook Road, Bethel, CT 06801.
