29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. For work performed at State Highway 152 and CR 2700 near Minco, Oklahoma on or about January 30, 2013 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet while assisting the crane operator in placing the portable welder on the side of the water tower in construction.
