29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)  Bldg. 1, on or about 1/31/13:  Rotating chuck on a Delta drill press was not guarded.    b)  Bldg. 1, on or about 1/31/13:  Ingoing nip points on the tape feeder and pressure rolls and the point of operation at the guillotine cutter on a SE-9600 Homag edge bander were not guarded.    c)  Bldg. 4, on or about 1/31/13:  Point of operation on a Grass boring machine was not guarded     Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
