29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Abernethys Auto Body: Employees, (Painters) while painting vehicles were provided with and were required to wear Sata hoods with supplied air. The employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures. On or about January 30, 2013. b) Abernethys Auto Body: Employees, (Auto Body Technicians) while welding vehicles intermittently throughout the week were provided with and were required to wear tight-fitting elastomeric respirators. The employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures. On or about January 30, 2013.
