Boning Area - On or about January 30, 2013, while sanitizing and cleaning conveyors, the sanitation employee(s) did not affix a lockout device to equipment's energy isolation device. Maintenance personnel locked out the equipment while sanitation employees performed the service to the equipment. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with the unexpected energization of equipment.
