RELIABLE GALVANIZING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCIPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311371918, CITATION 1 ITAM NUMBER 7A, AND WAS CONFIRNED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 23, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LACATED AT 819 WEST 88TH STREET, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS 60620
