29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end. (a) West side, new residential construction located at 32 Valencia Lane, Newnan, GA 30263: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18' while installing aluminum trim from a pump jack platform which extended approximately 5' past the pump jack scaffold support poles as it was not secured by the chain provided or provided with a guardrail to prevent access to the cantilevered portion of the platform.

(a) West side, new residential construction located at 32 Valencia Lane, Newnan, GA 30263: The Werner 24' Aluminum Ladder used to access the scaffold work platform had multiple damaged rungs, bent side rails, and a missing dog/pawl on the fly section of the ladder which exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18' to the ground.
