29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i):  Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:    a) for employees in the shop area located at 2180 Andrea Lane Fort Myers (FL) provided with tight fitting respirators (3M #5000 series half face respirator with organic vapors cartridges and 3M 8000 dust particle mask) for voluntary use, as observed on or about 01/31/2013.
