29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. South side of building - employees were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used properly while operating a JLG aerial lift, serial number JG080024. The 6 ft shock absorbing lanyards were attached to the waist side d-ring instead of the back side d-ring on the harness. The working height was 22'-9". Violation observed on or about 02/01/13.
