29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv):     Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers:    On or at dates prior to January 31, 2013 employees in the gel coat area were exposed to a fire hazard in that the space on the upstream side of the filter was not protected with approved sprinkler system.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2):     Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: The Delta floor standing drill press in the wood shop did not have a chuck guard attached.    Machine guarding was not  provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points and rotating parts in locations including, but not limited to rotating shaft on drill press in wood shop.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):     Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: in the wood shop extension cord on South side had no strain relief.    On, or at dates prior to, January 31, 2013, at 1275 N Golden Dr, Clinton, MO, on the South side of the wood shop, employees were exposed to hazard of electrical shock from exposed conductors in a flexible cord which had broken free of its connection.
