29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:   On or about January 31, 2013, in front and to the right side of the old Hollywood Video building, employees were observed using a STIHL TS700 Cutquik saw to cut into a cement cinder block wall without utilizing proper personal protective equipment. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards & health hazards such as but not limited to; lacerations/amputation of a finger, hearing loss and/or lung cancer (silicosis).     a) Employee No.1, the cutter, was not wearing gloves, had no hearing protection and only a red handkerchief over is mouth to block inhalation of dust particles.      b) Employee No. 2, assisting cutter, had no hard hat, no hearing protection and no respiratory protection.
