29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: (a) North Village Apartments, 700-702 Cranbury Cross Road, North Brunswick, NJ- Ground level: 3 prong extension cord, attached to a Dewalt D55146 Electric 4.5 Gallon Wheeled Portable Compressor utilized to power pneumatic nailers, was missing grounding pin. Employees utilizing pneumatic nailers at the end of the circuit. Condition observed on or about February 1, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) North Village Apartments, 700-702 Cranbury Cross Road, North Brunswick, NJ: Employees were observed performing sheathing operations on a 12/12 pitched roof with an eave height of approximately 20' to the ground below with no fall protection in place exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about February 1, 2013.
