29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed;Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) Facility located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden, NJ, Maintenance Laydown Area, North Wall: The wires entering the top of the 2 inch by 4 inch metallic outlet box were not protected from damage, observed on or about 1/31/13. (b) Facility located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden, NJ, Air Compressor Room: The 4 inch by 4 inch metallic outlet was missing two knockouts, one on the left side of the box and one on the right side of the box observed on or about 1/31/13. (c) Facility located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden, NJ, Air Compressor Room: The 4 inch by 4 inch metallic junction box was missing two knockouts, one on the top right side of the box and the other on the right side top of the box, observed on or about 1/31/13. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
