29 CFR 1926.51(f)(3)(i): Lavatories were not made available: Note: The requirements of this subdivision do not apply to mobile crews or to normally unattended work locations if employees working at these locations have transportation readily available to nearby washing facilities which meet the other requirements (a) West Side of Worksite - On or about January 29, 2013 employees were exposed to health hazards while working for extended periods at the site and they were not protected by a lavatory or hand wash station provided by their employer.
