29 CFR 1910.219(o)(2)(i): Wood guard(s) were used to guard the mechanical power transmission apparatus of machinery: (a) Wagner Brass Foundry, Inc. - wood guards were utilized on the power transmission equipment for the large belt sanding machine. Wagner Brass Foundry, Inc. is not in an industry approved to utilize wooden guards on its machines. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Wagner Brass Foundry, Inc. did not maintain surfaces in the lunch area as free as practicable of lead. Lead was measured at 265.8 and 57.54 migrograms on the lunch tables. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
