29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about February 1, 2013, in the Machine Shop: A Fryer Easy Turn ET-18 Turning Machine was not provided with an interlocked guard or other safeguard which would prevent entry into the point of operation during automatic or semi-automatic operation. Employees could open the movable guard during operation without the equipment shutting down.
