29 CFR 1910.1047(d)(1)(i): Determinations of employee exposure to ethylene oxide were not made from breathing zone air samples representative of the fifteen minute short term exposure of each employee. Central Sterile Supply: The employer did not perform breathing zone air samples for the employees to determine their 15 minute short term airborne exposure limit to ethylene oxide by using an approved sampling method.
