29 CFR 1910.1200(g): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used (Construction Reference 1926.59): a) On or about February 1, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the Waffle House jobsite in Savannah, the subcontractor employer failed to ensure that safety data sheets not limited to gasoline were accessible to employees, exposing these employees to related safety and health hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
