29 CFR 1910.1200(g): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used (Construction Standard 1926.59): a) On or about February 1, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the Waffle House jobsite in Savannah, the controlling employer did not assure that safety data sheets not limited to gasoline were accessible to subcontractor employees, exposing these workers to related safety and health hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
