29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) Air hose on wall in southwest area of production did not have a pressure relief nozzle on the tip of the air wand because the tip was wrapped with electrical tape. The plant air pressure was approximately 100 p.s.i. as measured on the gauge mounted to the air piping supplying that area. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
