29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: Atex, Inc., Gainesville, GA - A maintenance employee was exposed to a potential chemical splash hazard to the eyes while handling and loading parts into the dip tank containing corrosive chemicals such as phosphoric acid and sodium hydroxide. Chemical splash goggles were not used, on or about 1/31/13.
