On or about 01/25/13, at the North Ponds Village Senior Development, located on 822 Holt Road, in Webster, New York, a portable (Porter-Cable) pancake air compressor was in use with broken insulation; exposing employees to bare electrical conductors. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
