29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    a) 118 N Water Street, Lancaster PA 17603; East Stairway - Employees were observed using a multi-landing stairway with 4 and 8 risers and were not provided with a handrail, thus exposing employee(s) to a fall hazard, on or about February 5, 2013.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
