29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3): Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: a) for employees fabricating wheelchair parts at the welding shop located at 4501 63rd Circle North Pinellas Park (FL), as observed on or about 3/13/2013. Employees were observed welding without the use of welding jackets or sleeves to protect their exposed skin from burns and harmful UV rays.
