On or about January 30, 2013, at the north side of the house, an employee using an air nail gun to install soffit siding was not wearing eye protection, exposing himself to being struck by flying debris or nails.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):   Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a.  On or about January 30, 2013, on the north side of the house, two employees installing soffit siding from a 12 inch aluminum plank were not protected from a 19 feet fall hazard by the use of personal fall arrest systems or a guardrail system.
