29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage: (a) On January 24th, 2012 employees of Continental Manufacturing Company were exposed to contact with electrical current hazards when a flexible electrical cord was exposed to sharp edges because it was affixed to a metal building structure by zip ties. A device used to provide strain relief was present on the cord, but was no longer in use.
