29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(vii)(A): Contaminated needles and other contaminated sharps were bent, recapped, or removed: (a) Billings Health & Rehabilitation Community: On or about 5 February 2013 and at times prior the employer had depleted their supply of safe sharps and employees were recapping contaminated needles. Needle sticks occurred on 9/18/2013 and 9/22/2013 during the recapping process.

These entries were for incidents occurring on 9/19/2012, 9/22/2013 and 11/4/2012.
