29 CFR 1910.253(b)(5)(iii)(B): Cylinders shall be handled carefully. Rough handling, knocks, or falls are liable to damage the cylinder, valve or safety devices and cause leakage. (a) MAC Services, 780 Little Beaver Trail, Dillon, CO 80435; On and before February 6, 2013, the exposing employer allowed compressed gas cylinders to be handled imp[roprly, as they were transported to job sites in company trucks without having been secured. Cylinders where transported to job sites and allowed to rest on their sides, were they could roll and other shift, striking other equipment in the truck. Condtion exposed employees to the hazards inherent in compressed gas cylinders such as explosion or missile hazards.
