29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Red E Made Dept.: 1) The nippoints created by the conveyor and roll for the metal detector at the viking line were not guarded. 2) Conveyor and roll pinchpoints of the Pace Packer Conveyor of the 50 pound Red E Made line were not guarded. Inline Filler Dept. Pinchpoints created by the Combi Case Packer of the Inline Filler Line were not guarded. Adjacent to the Inline Filler Dept. 1) The pinchpoint created by the can closer mechanism of the #10 can line was not guarded. 2) A cam pinchpoint at the back side of the #10 can line was not guarded.
