29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) Jobsite, across from job trailers, 79 Soldiers Lane, Coraopolis, PA: On or about January 15, 2013, the dispensing unit on a 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank was not protected against collision damage exposing employees to a potential fire hazard.
