29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high. On or about 2/5/2013 at 4760 Mike Pagett Highway, Augusta, GA: The employees working in the staging area were exposed to an explosion hazard when two oxygen and one acetylene compressed gas cylinders was stored within 10 feet of one another.
