29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.   Location:  Worksite  Employees were exposed to hair bleaching products containing 50% hydrogen peroxide (3D-HD Active Luminescence, Oxydant 10 Volume), lightening powders whose MSDSs indicate that severe damage to the eyes can result from contact (e.g., Clairol Professional BW 2), and hair relaxers containing sodium hydroxide and propylene glycol, and there was no suitable eyewash station available.      Abatement Note:  One such approved characterisitic of the eyewash would be the ability to flush both eyes simultaneously, in accordance with ANSI Standard Z358.1.

Such programs should describe at least how the employer will ensure that:   1) labels and other forms of warning are maintained, 2) material safety data sheets are available to employees at all times, and 3) employees are informed and trained on the hazards of formaldehyde, the signs and symptoms of over-exposure, and the means of protecting themselves
