29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Dangerous goods area - An employee used a computer and worked in an area where the power disconnect was a Murray 240 VAC knife switch. Access to that box was restricted by placement of overback drums and a material cart placed in the access way, thereby exposing the employee to additional injury in case of an electrical emergency, observed on or about 2-07-13. Abatement certification required.
