29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    a) Fairlawn Promenade, 16-31 Route 208, Fair Lawn, NJ:  Employees engaged in bolting steel members were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 19 feet while working without the use of a guard rail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, on or about 2/6/2013.
