DSM Steel Erectors Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 873903, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 13-31 Route 208, Fair Lawn NJ.
