Worksite located at 820 W. Liberty Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employee was exposed tof a fall hazard in that the employee had collapsed his metal spreader and leaned the ladder against a support beam.     (b). Worksite located at 820 W. Liberty Drive, Liberty, Missouri- An employee was misusing his step ladder in that he had one leg on the ladder and one on the top of door header which could cause the  ladder to tip over due to the force applied by the employee.
